I just celebrated my 77th birthday with my friends and after they saw me dancing
some of the more strenuous ballroom dancing, they came to me and asked me what is my secret of all that energy and longevity. So, I want to share it with you.
Well, first of all, I watch what I eat. No fatty foods as much as possible. I believe in servings of fruits and vegetables. I eat cakes and pastries very rarely. I believe in regular exercises that you can comfortably afford to do at least three times a week. I am a martial artist, so although I do not do competitions anymore, I could still do my forms at home regularly.

I am a physician, a retired orthopedic surgeon who realized after having practiced for more than thirty years, that practicing medicine is mainly a humanitarian endeavor. but to depend on it to become rich and be financially free is not realistic. It makes you a good living, just like wages, but it does not make you a fortune. Why? Because you are just exchanging time for dollars, and there are not much hours in a day to earn much. I have been told by my uplines in the past that I just did not work hard enough, I did not buy adequate amounts of leads, I did not have more money to invest in my business, I have an accent and prospects do not generally like people talking to them with accents.
